Miss Anca lives in Malcoci village and is 92 years old. She is alone in her small, damaged home that is staying put only by the grace of God. Since she  feels weak and is elderly, she only stays in the house and doesn't go outside.

She told us that her neighbor came and brought her some wood to make the fire but the brushwood was not dry enough yet. Her only son passed away and she is lonely: "the windows freeze from inside the house and it's very cold". When I told her: "the Lord knows about your struggle, He heard your cries and He sent us, from the Little Samaritan Mission, to bring you coal, warm blankets and food".

The poor old lady, when she heard it all she started crying even harder, but this time it was tears of joy. We were also very happy and thankful that we managed to get to her in time, as the next day there was a yellow code warning about the heavy snowflake and blocked roads. We thank the Lord that now the old lady has coal, food items and also a small radio set so that she can comfort her soul with the Little Samaritan radio station.
